Saturday, September 16th @ all day
Champaign County Pride Festival
I will help staff the booth at this festival along with the Champaign LP, as well as march in the parade which kicks off at 4pm. We'll probably be passing out candy and beads, and you can bet we will have our LP Pride banner with for this as well. Come out, march with us in the parade, and get in on the action.

Sunday, September 17th @ noon - 3pm
Dwight, IL Harvest Days Parade
This parade is also known as the famous Basset Hound "waddle" as hundreds of Basset Hounds from all around the state (and even some out of state) kick off the parade. We will be in the staging area at noon, which is right off the main highway when you arrive in downtown Dwight. Feel free to join us and help us carry banners and hand out candy. We will all grab lunch afterwards together at the Old Route 66 restaurant right off of the main downtown road. Hope to see you there!

St. Anne, IL PumpkinFest Parade
I'll be joining the Kankakee LP for two parades on this day, starting with this one in St. Anne for their annual PumpkinFest parade and festival.

Manteno, IL OktoberFest Parade
From what the volunteers in the Kankakee LP tell me, this parade is a "lights" parade, similar to the holiday ones we do in November and December. Should be a lot of fun!

McLean County Ballot Access Shootout!
C.I. Shooting Sports in Bloomington, IL
The McLean County LP is hosting a ballot access fundraiser, and our statewide LP candidates, including myself, will be in attendance. There are open lanes for experienced shooters, and instructor led shooting for beginners. Tickets are $50 per person or $80 per couple. There will also be a raffle drawing. Raffle tickets are $10 per ticket or $100 for 12 tickets. FOID cards are not needed to use the range at this event. Certified firearms instructors will be on-site to train inexperienced shooters. If you bring your own gun, then you will need your FOID card.

Mt. Vernon Fall Festival and Parade
Hosted by the South Central Illinois LP, and with help from the Southern IL Libertarians, I will help them staff the booth at the festival all day long, and then march with them in the parade which starts in the early afternoon.

Grundy County CornFest Parade
This parade used to feature the DuPage Libertarians, but now they feature the Illinois Valley LP headed up by our Social Media Director Jenae Wise, who has done amazing work both for the state party and her chapter. If you live out in the area, come out and help her chapter carry banners in the parade with us!

Sunday, October 8th @ noon - 5pm
Cortland Parade and Festival
I will be marching with the DeKalb LP for the first time in the 36th Annual Cortland Festival and Parade. There will be artisans, crafters, and business vendors lined up after the parade, along with us at a booth until about 5pm.

Saturday, October 14th @ 7 - 9pm
Claire Ball Acoustic Fundraiser!!
This will be a private event that will be entirely streamed online for free with the intent to provide entertainment and information to encourage people to donate to our campaigns. Details will be released soon!!!

"Wall To Wall Politics With Brody Anderson"
I'll be guest appearing on Brody's college radio program on WPFS 105.9FM in Monmouth, IL along with Steve Dutner for Secretary of State for the whole hour! We will actually be driving out to Warren County to hang out in studio. You can listen live here. Should be fun.

This was a HUGE parade we did last year, and the first one we did with the great people in the DeKalb LP. Very excited to be doing this one again!

You can catch me at the DuPage Libertarians table every month here at the PVSA gun show all throughout the 2017-2018 season. Feel free to walk up and ask questions! It's $5 to get in at the door, and you must have a FOID card to handle any of the merchandise. If you've never been here before, it's definitely worth checking out; they have great vendors.

Westmont Holiday Tree Decorating in Veteran's Memorial Park
The DuPage Libertarians are sponsoring a tree for the fourth year in a row in Westmont, and I will be there to help decorate that tree with them and other volunteers. That's it. Not really a HUGE campaign event, but we have fun doing it, and then we all go out for lunch afterwards. Feel free to stop by and join us.

Westmont Frosty and Friends Holiday Parade
Meet up with us at 4:30pm in the Westmont Library parking lot on Cass Ave. if you want to join us with the DuPage Libertarians! Parade kicks off at 6pm sharp; we need volunteers to help hold banners and pass out candy. Hope to see you there!

Woodstock Christmas Parade
Hosted by both the Fox Valley LP and the new McHenry LP, the Woodstock Christmas Parade is held in the downtown square of Woodstock, and it is PACKED with people! It's one of the shorter parades that is over before you know it, but it is still fun to do and we all have a great time grabbing lunch together afterwards at the Public House. Anyone who marches with us is welcome to join!

Winfield's "Good Old Days" Parade
I'll be marching with the DuPage Libertarians in the Winfield "Good Old Days" Parade again this year! We could use as many volunteers as possible to help us carry banners and pass out candy - feel free to meet us before the parade in the staging area on Sunnyside Avenue, between Forest and East streets. Afterwards, we can all grab lunch at John's Restaurant & Tavern near the end of the parade route. Thanks!

Grant Park Fest - Lighted Parade
The Kankakee LP has really taken off this year - this will be the second parade I do with them on the campaign trail. It's later in the evening, probably the latest parade we've ever been in, so I am excited to see what decorations they come up with for us!

Bloomington - Normal Labor Day Parade
The LPIllinois has multiple chapters around the state marching in Labor Day parades this year, but you can join me in downtown Bloomington - Normal with the McLean County LP in this particular parade. Of course, if you can't make it and your local chapter is marching in one of their parades, go help them out and walk with them!

The DeKalb LP is growing rapidly and gaining members every season, and it has been a pleasure to be working with them all along the way at every new event they take on. I'll be marching in the parade with them around noon and then afterwards helping them staff their booth at the festival for the rest of the day.

The Metro East LP is marching in this parade and they have invited us along; it is an entirely new festival to both me and the chapter. We will have to make a good first impression!

Metro East Libertarians Barbecue Candidate Meet-n-Greet
The BBQ will be in the Hough City Park in Belleville in one of the picnic shelters. This is FREE and open to the public; statewide candidates are invited to join in, and the media will be invited. I will answer any and all questions you may have.

DeKalb County Libertarian Party

I will be the guest speaker, along with Steve Dutner for Secretary of State, at the monthly meeting with the crew from DeKalb. John Mathey is the chapter chair; he and his chapter have been very supportive of me during my last campaign, and I hope to make it out to many more Dekalb events next year.

Downers Grove Independence Day Parade
Heading down Main street through downtown Downers Grove, this will be the fourth summer in a row that I have marched with the DuPage Libertarians in this parade. Volunteers are welcome to join in with us!

Elgin Independence Day Parade
The overall parade theme this year is "prehistoric creatures," so the Fox Valley Libertarians Party picked up some t-rex costumes to represent the R and D parties, as we believe they are on the verge of extinction. Volunteers are welcome to join in with us!

Batavia Independence Day Parade
I will be marching with the DuPage Libertarians in Bartlett in celebration of Independence Day. The Parade starts at noon near Bartlett Elementary School. Volunteers are welcome to join in with us!

Maroa Independence Day Festival Parade
The Macon County Libertarian Party has invited us to join them in their celebration. If you want to join us, feel free to meet us in the staging area at 930am @ Maroa Forsyth High School, which is right off route 51. haven't seen the Macon County chapter since the campaign trail last year, so I am really looking forward to this!
